We accept only bank transfers. Your deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due at check-in.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. Stays of a week or longer get 5% off.

Yes. Tell us your dates and we will quote a monthly rate.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12 noon. If your flight lands early or leaves late, tell us and we will do our best to help.

The host meets you at the apartment or provides you with a temporary electronic PIN to check in. We send full directions before you travel.

Yes. A car for up to 2 guests costs LKR 10,000. Your driver waits in the airport arrivals lobby with a board showing your name.

Up to 6 in three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed; the Balcony and Standard bedrooms each have a double bed.

Around 85 Mbps, which is enough for video calls and streaming. It is free for all guests.

Yes. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner with adjustable temperature. The living room also has an air conditioner and two standing fans for your comfort. Both bathrooms have hot water.

Yes. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and utensils.

Yes. There is a washing machine, a drying rack, and an iron with ironing board.

The apartment is cleaned before every arrival. For longer stays, we clean and change the linen every 14 days; extra cleaning is available for a fee.

Yes, there is a lift. Paid parking is available on the road nearby. 

Your bedroom is private and lockable. The living room and kitchen are shared with guests in the other rooms. The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom; the Balcony and Standard bedrooms share one.

No. A whole-apartment booking is exclusive to your group.

This is a shoe-free home, so please leave shoes by the door. No smoking, drugs or alcohol. No pets, parties or loud music.

Yes, children are welcome. We have no cots or extra beds, so they share the existing beds.

We recommend against it. Filtered drinking water is provided in the apartment, and bottled water is in each bedroom on arrival.

Sri Lanka runs on 230V with Type D, G and M sockets. Extension cords are in the apartment; bring an adaptor if your plugs differ.
